Jakarta, COTEKNO.COM – The Black Shark 4 gaming smartphone, which was launched in March, now comes in a new memory configuration in China, namely 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The price is CNY2,999, or around Rp. 6.7 million, and can be picked up for a limited market.
The new 8GB/256GB model costs the same as the 12GB/128GB version, so making a purchase decision depends on whether you want more RAM or storage. So far, the Black Shark 4 is available in 6GB/128GB, 8GB/128GB, and 12GB/256GB configurations.

The Black Shark 4 is powered by the Snapdragon 870 SoC, runs JoyUI 12.5 based on Android 11, and sports a 6.67″ 144Hz FullHD+ Super AMOLED display.
The screen carries a punch hole model for a 20MP selfie shooter, while the main camera uses a 48MP sensor horizontally aligned on the back cover with an 8MP ultrawide and 5MP macro unit.
On the battery front, it packs a 4,500mAh battery with 120W charging, and the Black Shark 4 also features a physical shoulder trigger to enhance the gaming experience.
The Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro feature a 6.67 AMOLED E4 display by Samsung. The panel enables a screen refresh rate of 144Hz and a touch sampling rate of 720Hz.

This gaming device is equipped with a vibrating button that recognizes light taps and strong presses. There are also two mode toggle buttons, one on the right, and the fingerprint scanner/home button in the middle. The volume rocker is on the left side.
The user interface adopts JOYUI 12.5, based on Android 11. The UI has many features designed to allocate as much resources as possible to gaming and prevent annoying notifications.
