Oppo also routinely conducts Oppo Service Day activities which provide a 10% discount for the purchase of accessories and replacement of spare parts on the 10th of every month. This activity has been taking place since October 2020 at all Oppo after-sales service centers in Indonesia. In this activity, Oppo recorded a significant increase in replacement parts, purchases of accessories and IoT products.
“Since its introduction, there has been a 30% increase on Oppo Service Day, meaning that many consumers are taking advantage of this offer to replace spare parts. In addition, there was also a 35% increase in sales of accessories and IoT,” added Aryo.

Oppo Super Service Day will take place from 10 to 12 June 2021 at all Oppo after-sales service centers in Indonesia. Consumers can benefit from a 10% discount on replacement of printed circuit board (PCB) parts, 20% discount on replacement of screen, battery and back cover parts and a 30% discount on other spare parts. In addition, there is a 20% discount on the purchase of Oppo accessories and IoT products plus a 20% discount on purchasing Oppo Care device insurance extensions.
In this activity, consumers can get free repair services, checks and consultations, software upgrades, device cleaning to anti-scratch replacement. Oppo also provides special gifts for consumers who make transactions above Rp. 1 million and consumers who have birthdays during the activity period.
