OPPO is known to be launching Reno6 5G globally with the model number CPH2251 appearing on the Geekbench list.
The OPPO Reno6 with the model number PEQM00 was recently released in China. Smartphone it uses the MediaTek Dimensity 900 SoC processor. Now, a new report reveals smartphone The mysterious OPPO with model number CPH2251 will be the global version of Reno6 5G.
The Geekbench list reported by Gizmochina (7/6) shows that the OPPO CPH2251 is powered by a MediaTek chip with the MT6877V/ZA model. This is supposedly another name for the Dimensity 900 chipset.
The benchmark site further shows the device is supported with 8GB RAM. The operating system is based on Android 11 OS, which may run on ColorOS 11. It is known, test scores single-core scored 729, while the test multi-core 2147.
Previous, smartphone with the same model number is also registered in the Indonesian certification platform, TKDN. However, the listing does not reveal any specifications. On the other hand, OPPO has confirmed that it will launch Reno6 in Indonesia with the model number CPH2235.
Please note, “CPH” is the code for smartphone which will be launched outside the Chinese market. So we can be sure that the list that appears on Geekbench will be released globally.
The OPPO Reno6 5G itself has been released in China which consists of three models, namely the standard model, Pro, and Pro+. OPPO Reno6 5G features a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen, which supports speed refresh 90Hz. The front camera is embedded with a 32MP resolution and the three rear cameras consist of a 64MP, 8MP, and 2MP resolution lens.
The Dimensity 900 chip is combined with 8GB and 12GB RAM options. While the storage consists of 128GB and 256GB. The device has a 4,300 mAh capacity battery that supports 65W fast charging.
