OPPO Reno6 has been registered on the Postel and Ministry of Industry certification site pages which indicate its launch in Indonesia will not be long.
OPPO recently launched the Reno6 in China on 27 May. Smartphone this is the successor of the Reno5 which was released in Indonesia in early 2021. A few days after the launch in China, the company has now confirmed that it will bring the series to Indonesia.
Of course, devices launched abroad and in Indonesia will be different. Although it is not yet known what specifications will distinguish the Chinese and Indonesian versions of the Reno6, the company says this difference adapts to market conditions and demand in the country. OPPO Indonesia has also conducted a survey to receive feedback from products that have been marketed.
“The successor OPPO Reno5 was officially introduced at the end of last May in China, of course we are also preparing to introduce this device to the Indonesian market. Currently, we can confirm that the Reno6 series line devices will have different variants and specifications for the Indonesian market. Of the several series lines that were introduced previously, one that we can confirm is the Reno6 device which has been certified by Postel and the Ministry of Industry,” said Aryo Meidianto A, PR Manager of OPPO Indonesia.
As Aryo mentioned, the device has been registered on the Postel and Ministry of Industry certification pages. On the Postel website, Reno6 has the OPPO product code CPH2235 and certificate number 74568/SDPPI/2021. Meanwhile, on the Ministry of Industry’s TKDN website, equipment receives a TKDN value of 31.15%.
By pocketing these two official certificates, it is estimated that OPPO Reno6 will soon be ready to be officially marketed in Indonesia. Currently, Aryo said his party is still making preparations from the production and distribution side.
“What is clear is that in June, we are trying to make thorough preparations to launch Reno6 devices in Indonesia, especially readiness in terms of production, distribution and also in providing interesting programs as added value for consumers in Indonesia,” concluded Aryo.
