COTEKNO.COM – Vivo is known to be preparing the latest 5G cellphone by bringing a chipset made by Qualcomm. The Vivo Y75 5G has appeared on Geekbench and passed the Bluetooth SIG certification.
Given that the device has already appeared in the official certification, we can expect that the Vivo Y75 will be introduced in the near future. Nashvillechatterclass found that Vivo’s new HP model with model number V2060 appeared on Geekbench as well as the Bluetooth SIG.
The Bluetooth GIS listing doesn’t reveal the commercial name of the device, but we can take a look at some of its key specifications. This 5G cellphone has also bagged a certification from BIS India so that the V2060 model number points to the Vivo Y75 5G.
According to the Geekbench listing, the Vivo Y75 5G carries a motherboard codenamed “holi”, namely the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 5G chipset.
The device runs the Android 11 operating system and carries 8 GB of RAM. Even so, the Vivo Y75 5G is believed to have another RAM variant.
Quoted from Gizmochina, Vivo Y75 5G is predicted to launch at the end of June 2021 or maybe next month. This is still just a leak so we need to wait for direct confirmation from the company regarding the official release date.
The device scored 524 points in the single-core test and 1754 points in the multi-core test on Geekbench. Not only one cellphone, but the company is known to be preparing several devices.
The Vivo V21e 5G and Vivo Y73 have also recently been spotted on the Google Play Console. Carrying the Snapdragon 480 5G chipset, the device is expected to carry an affordable price.
The Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 was announced in January as the first 5G chipset under the Snapdragon 400 series. The chipset is built on an 8 nm fabrication system and has a Kryo 460 core with a clock speed of 2.0 GHz. Vivo Y75 5G will add to the lively competition for 5G devices that are increasingly being introduced.
