COTEKNO.COM – Xiaomi officially unveiled their new fast charging technology called HyperCharge. How fast is it to charge the HP battery with this charger?
It is claimed that fast charging from Xiaomi is capable of producing 200 watts of power, and can fully charge an HP battery in just eight minutes.
In a video shown on Xiaomi’s YouTube channel, they test HyperCharge’s capabilities for phones with 4,000mAh batteries.
This cellphone appears in a dead state with zero percent battery status. As per the video display, the charger is able to charge the battery up to 50 percent in just three minutes.
Meanwhile, a 100 percent battery with HyperCharge technology only takes eight minutes.
Not only fast charging with a cable, Xiaomi also introduced a wireless charger or 120W wireless charger.
The company claims this charger is able to charge the battery 100 percent in just 15 minutes. Still in the same video, Xiaomi shows a cellphone with a 4,000mAh battery.
The video shows the ability of a charger that can charge the battery 10 percent in one minute, 50 percent in seven minutes, and 100 percent in 15 minutes.
It is known that this 200W and 120W HyperCharge supports Xiaomi’s latest flagship smartphone, Mi 11 Pro.
This 120W wireless HyperCharge appears as a successor to Xiaomi’s 80W wireless charger, which was announced in October last year.
This 80W fast charger technology can fully charge a 4,000 mAh battery in 19 minutes.
This is not the first time Xiaomi has introduced fast charging technology for smartphone products.
Previously in August 2020, Xiaomi announced the Mi 10 Ultra as the first cellphone to support fast charging up to 120W.
That’s HyperCharge, fast charging technology from Xiaomi that can charge cellphone batteries quickly. (Voice.com/ Dicky Prastya).
